We are thrilled to announce that ACAM has expanded its imaging infrastructure with two state‑of‑the‑art systems for correlative deep tissue and mesoscale imaging: the ZEISS LSM 980 NLO multiphoton confocal microscope and the ZEISS Lightsheet 7 (LS7) microscope. Both instruments are now fully operational, and our imaging team is rapidly gaining hands‑on expertise to support our user community.

An overview of the most important features of the new microscopes can be found here:

These systems greatly expand ACAM’s imaging capabilities, from super‑resolved cellular detail deep inside tissues to rapid mesoscale volumetric imaging of entire organs. While we work on integrating the technologies and developing novel applications, we would be delighted to help you plan experiments, discuss applications, and book imaging time. Our team is ready to assist with optimized workflows, clearing compatibility, multiphoton setups, and advanced acquisition modes. We look forward to plunging together into the next frontier of deep tissue and mesoscale biology.
