September 22, the Antwerp Centre for Advanced Microscopy (ACAM) organizes a hands-on Fiji workshop: "Microscopy image processing 101". The course will focus on the use of Fiji (ImageJ) to open, view and annotate microscopy images. In addition we will touch upon some pre-processing tools and basic object detection and measurements.
